SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CITY OF PROSPECT
NOVEMBER 11, 1996

PRESENT
Mayor Lonnie Falk, Council Members Nan Milliman, Alan Simon, Sandy McLeod, Harold Smith, Raymond Burse, Lee Zimmerman, City Attorney John Evans, City Administrator Ann Simms, Recording Secretary Phyllis A. O'Donnell. Mayor Lonnie Falk called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m.

PRESENT
Council Member Simon moved the Council meet in executive session to discuss personnel; Council Member McLeod seconded; passed unanimously. The Council met in executive session from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Following the executive session, Mayor Falk announced the Council discussed personnel issues during the closed portion of the meeting.

ADJOURNMENT
Council Member Zimmerman moved the Council recess and reconvene the Special Meeting on Monday, November 18 at 6:00 p.m.; Council Member Simon seconded; passed unanimously. The Mayor declared the meeting recessed at 7:35 p.m.
