CITY OF PROSPECT
CITY COUNCIL MEETING
March 20, 2006

PRESENT:
Mayor Lonnie Falk; Council Members Nan Milliman, Alan Simon, Todd Eberle, Lee Zimmerman, Harold Smith, Sandra Tucci; City Attorney Grover Potts, City Administrator Ann Simms; Chief Marvin Wilson; Recording Secretary Ann Melton; Court Reporter Bruce Handy.

Mayor Falk called the meeting to order at 7:28 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Council Member Simon moved approval of the minutes of the regular City council Meeting of February 6, 2006; Council Member Zimmerman seconded; passed unanimously.

COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS:
Amy Shir introduced herself to the Council as a candidate running for State Representative in District 48.

POLICE REPORT:
Chief Marvin Wilson presented the Police Report. There were no questions. Chief Wilson advised the Council that next week the Police Department would be sending out brochures on robbery protection.   We have never had an armed robbery since I have been in Prospect, but it would not hurt to learn what to do in case something was to happen.

NEW BUSINESS:
None.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Council Member Zimmerman moved the Council adjourn; Council Member Simon seconded; passed unanimously.

Mayor Falk declared the meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
