SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
January 4, 2006

PRESENT:
Mayor Lonnie Falk; Council Members Nan Milliman, Harold Smith, Alan Simon, Todd Eberle, Lee Zimmerman, Sandy Tucci; City Attorney Grover Potts, City Administrator Ann Simms; Chief Marvin Wilson; Court Reporter Bruce Handy.
Mayor Falk called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
ORDINANCE NO. 465, SERIES 2005: AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ADOPTION, AMENDMENT AND MODIFICATION OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR ALL OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, KENTUCKY was read for the second time. Council Member Milliman moved adoption of amendments as presented by the City Attorney; Council Member Simon seconded. The City Attorney and the Mayor then members of the Council completed a thorough review of the Ordinance as amended and answered questions. The amendments were adopted unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business on the call for the special meeting, Council Member Simon moved the Council adjourn; Council Member Zimmerman seconded; passed unanimously.
Mayor Falk declared the meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
