CITY OF PROSPECT
SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
December 28, 2005

PRESENT:

Mayor Lonnie Falk; Council Members Harold Smith, Nan Milliman, Alan Simon, Todd Eberle, Lee Zimmerman, City Attorney Grover Potts, City Administrator Ann Simms; Police Chief Marvin Wilson; Recording Secretary Ann Melton; Court Reporter Bruce Handy.

Mayor Falk called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

ORDINANCE NO. 465, SERIES 2005: AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ADOPTION, AMENDMENT AND MODIFICATION OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR ALL OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, KENTUCKY was read for the first time.

City Attorney Grover Potts presented an overview of the Land Development Code for Jefferson County, KY.   Attorney Potts said to the Council there were 900 pages in this book, but he only sent the sections from the Code book that applies to Prospect and the Ordinances to be amended.

Mayor Falk asked the Council to read these sections and if they have any questions or comments, please get back with him as soon as possible, so if they need to have another special meeting we have the time in which to call for one.

There being no further business, Council Member Milliman moved adjournment; Council Member Eberle seconded; passed unanimously.

Mayor Falk declared the meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
