Council Member Loretta Ertel
Loretta Ertel was elected to the City Council in November of 2006. Her present term expires on December 31, 2012. She is a resident of Sutherland subdivision.

Council Member Stuart Miles
Stuart Miles was first elected to the City Council in November of 2006 and subsequently in 2008 and 2010. His present term expires on December 31, 2012. He is a resident of the Fox Harbor neighborhood.

Council Member Alan Simon
Alan Simon has served on the City Council since 1991. His present term expires on December 31, 2012. He is a resident of the Hunting Creek neighborhood. In 1997 he received the Craigmyle Public Service Award for outstanding service to the City.

Council Member Sandy Tucci
Sandy Tucci has served on the City Council since 1994. Her present term expires on December 31, 2012. She is a resident of the Fox Harbor neighborhood.

Council Member Mike Scott
Mike Scott was first elected to the City Council in November 2008 and subsequently in 2010.  His present term expires on December 31, 2012.  He is a resident of the Hunting Creek neighborhood.
 
A licensed investigator and insurance consultant, he has served on the Mayor's Advisory Committee and the Cell Tower Committee.  Also, he has served on the Prospect Ethics Commission.

Mayor Todd Eberle
Todd Eberle was first elected to the City Council in November of 2004 and while a council member served as co-chair of the Budget Committee. He was elected Mayor of Prospect in November 2006 and re-elected to a second four year term in November of 2010. Prior to his election to the City Council, he was involved with various activities with the City including service on the Prospect Ordinance Review Board and the Mayor's Advisory Committee. In 2009 he received the Craigmyle Public Service Award for outstanding service to the City. He is a resident of the Fox Harbor neighborhood.

A licensed attorney, Eberle has practiced law in Illinois, Tennessee, and Kentucky. He served for fourteen years as Associate Dean and Director of Continuing Legal Education at the University of Kentucky College of Law. Prior to assuming the office of Mayor, he was employed as Counsel to the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services working as a trial lawyer in Louisville and Jefferson County.
